JEFFERSON CITY, MO — Senator Feinstein’s handling of Judge Kavanaugh’s nomination hearings have been nothing short of shameful. From violating Dr. Ford’s trust, to attempting to obstruct the hearings, Senator Feinstein and her Democratic colleagues on the Senate Judiciary Committee proved that this is nothing more than an attempt to smear Judge Kavanaugh.

The Missouri Republican Party is calling on Claire McCaskill to denounce Senator Feinstein’s handling of Judge Kavanaugh’s nomination:

“First, Claire McCaskill proved to Missourians that her allegiances rest with Chuck Schumer when she announced she was voting ‘no’ on Judge Kavanaugh. Then, she stood by while Senator Feinstein and her colleagues turned Judge Kavanaugh’s hearings into a sideshow. Those aren’t the actions of a so-called ‘moderate,'” said Chris Nuelle, spokesperson for the Missouri Republican Party.

Nuelle continued, “Claire needs to denounce Senator Feinstein and her colleagues’ shameful attempts to derail Judge Kavanaugh’s hearings last week. Claire has based her campaign on being a ‘moderate,’ and part of that is standing up to your own party, which she has refused to do over and over again.”
