Another Day, Another Lawsuit for Nicole Galloway

In what is becoming a concerning trend, State Auditor Nicole Galloway is being sued by the Greene County Sheriff over her failure to comply with a public records request.

Additionally, for the past eight months, Nicole Galloway has been ignoring another Sunshine request to produce public records from her office and text messages from her government-provided cell phone.

“This is bad, even for Nicole Galloway,” said Sam Cooper, Executive Director of the Missouri Republican Party. “Nicole and her office are demonstrating a pattern of shunning transparency. She has now been sued twice for refusing to comply with the Missouri Sunshine law, this time by a law enforcement officer, which begs the question: what does she have to hide?”
