Claire McCaskill’s Hypocrisy Shines Through… Again

An EMissourian weekend article proved yet again that Claire McCaskill will say anything to get elected in Missouri.

In the article, Claire says that the hearings for Justice Kavanaugh were a “car wreck,” and that, “I hope Missourians will notice I stayed out of it.” Missourians did notice, but not in the way that Claire hopes. Missourians watched as Claire McCaskill refused to stand up to her party as they turned the Senate chamber into a complete circus.

Claire also said, “You can’t look at judges through the eyes of partisanship.” That’s rich, considering that Claire McCaskill voted for 100% of Barack Obama’s judicial nominees, and voted against Justices Gorsuch and Kavanaugh.

“Claire McCaskill can try to hide her record, but voters know the truth: she’s nothing but a party-line liberal,” said Chris Nuelle, spokesperson for the Missouri Republican Party.

Nuelle continued, “Claire McCaskill served as a rubber stamp for Obama’s judiciary, and has obstructed both of President Trump’s Supreme Court nominees. Her record reveals her hypocrisy – she isn’t the independent she claims to be, and Missourians don’t want another Chuck Schumer and Nancy Pelosi disciple in the Senate.”
