Happy Birthday Claire, From Russia With Love

Jefferson City — Today is Senator Claire McCaskill’s birthday, and the Missouri Republican Party delivered several gifts to her Columbia office to mark the occasion. In light of recent news revealing that McCaskill lied about her contact with Russian Ambassador Sergey Kislyak, Team MOGOP thought it was only appropriate to celebrate her birthday with Russia-themed balloons and an empty bottle of Russian vodka as a toast to her empty rhetoric. A birthday cake was also delivered featuring a photo of McCaskill and failed presidential candidate Hillary Clinton, since McCaskill, a self-proclaimed moderate, was one of Clinton’s earliest supporters.

“The birthday wishes ‘from Russia with love’ are a reminder of McCaskill’s bald-faced lies when she claimed to have never met with the Russian Ambassador, even though she used funds from a secret foundation to attend a dinner at his home,” said Austin Stukins, Executive Director of the Missouri Republican Party. “The empty bottle of vodka symbolizes McCaskill’s empty rhetoric about being a moderate, because a moderate would not vote with left wing extremists like Elizabeth Warren 86% of the time and Barack Obama 93% of the time,” Stukins continued. “She is dishonest and out of touch, and Missourians deserve better.”
