Missouri State-Wide Republican Office-Holders Endorse Fitzpatrick for Auditor
Jefferson City, Mo. — Today the Missouri Republican party announced that six Missouri state-wide political office-holders have endorsed the Republican Candidate for State Auditor, Scott Fitzpatrick.
Missouri Governor Mike Parson, along with U.S. Senators, Josh Hawley and Roy Blunt, Missouri Secretary of State Jay Ashcroft, Missouri Lieutenant Governor Mike Kehoe, and Missouri Attorney General Eric Schmitt, have all endorsed Fitzpatrick as their pick to be Missouri’s next State Auditor. Fitzpatrick won sixty-five percent of the vote in the two-way primary race on August 2nd to be the Republican nominee for State Auditor.
“Missouri Republicans are unified in our goal to defeat big government Democrats and their socialist agenda,” said Missouri Republican Party Chairman, Nick Myers. “The Missouri Republican Party is proud that our elected members are setting the example of true party unity which will usher in a red wave in November. Scott Fitzpatrick is a great candidate. He has supported Conservative policy, and as Missouri’s Treasurer he has taken a stand against the Biden administration on the state level. No doubt he will continue his good work as State Auditor.”
“Scott Fitzpatrick understands firsthand what it takes to start a business from the ground up,” said Missouri Governor Mike Parson. “Using what he learned to find success in the private sector, Scott has delivered millions in savings for Missouri taxpayers and has increased government transparency. We need a conservative champion who will combat government corruption, oppose socialist schemes, and protect Missouri taxpayers, and this is why I endorse Scott Fitzpatrick for State Auditor.”
“As a business owner, Scott Fitzpatrick knows firsthand how a bloated government bureaucracy can stifle economic growth and job creation,” said Missouri U.S. Senator, Roy Blunt. “With family budgets already strained under D.C. Democrats’ misguided policies, it’s more important than ever to make sure taxpayer dollars are spent wisely or not spent at all. Scott has done a great job as treasurer, and I’m proud to endorse him to be our next state auditor.”
