Missourians Still Waiting on Answers from McCaskill

JEFFERSON CITY, MO — In light of Claire McCaskill’s vague statement regarding her meeting with Judge Kavanaugh, the Missouri Republican Party released the following statement about why Missourians are still waiting for answers from Claire:

“Claire McCaskill’s vague statement and refusal to announce anything relating to her vote on Judge Brett Kavanaugh shows yet again an unwillingness to answer to Missourians,” said Chris Nuelle, spokesperson for the Missouri Republican Party.

Nuelle continued, “Judge Kavanaugh is eminently qualified, and has experience that would greatly benefit the Supreme Court. Claire only arranged this farce of a meeting after she was instructed to do so by Chuck Schumer and other liberal elite, and it further proves that she’s beholden to party leadership. It’s time for Claire to do what Missourians want, stop obstructing President Trump, and vote to confirm Judge Kavanaugh.”
