Nicole Galloway Supports Kim Gardner’s Actions Against the McCloskey Family; Won’t Support Governor Parson’s Pardon

Jefferson City – Missouri Republican Party Executive Director Jean Evans today issued the following statement:

“Nicole Galloway is taking the side of St. Louis City Circuit Attorney Kim Gardner who charged the McCloskey family with felonies for exercising their constitutionally-protected rights to defend their home and property.  Nicole Galloway, who refused to denounce her political party’s ‘defund the police’ platform, is now supporting politically-motivated charges against law-abiding citizens.  Nicole Galloway is also refusing to support Governor Mike Parson’s decision to pardon the McCloskey family.

“It’s no surprise that Nicole Galloway is standing with Kim Gardner, who has an abysmal record on prosecuting violent crime, against the McCloskey family.  Missourians should know that Nicole Galloway will not stand up for law-abiding citizens, she will not stand up to officials in her party when they abuse their power and she will not stand up for your constitutionally-protected rights.”
