Nothing to Say?

JEFFERSON CITY, MO — Yesterday, Claire McCaskill said that she had ‘nothing to say’ about President Trump’s Supreme Court nominee Judge Brett Kavanaugh. Missourians need to know where Claire McCaskill stands, and her refusal to talk is disheartening.

“Judge Brett Kavanaugh is eminently qualified for the position of Supreme Court Justice, and his judicial philosophy is respected by many. His confirmation should be swift, but Claire McCaskill still refuses to talk about his nomination, stating yesterday that she has ‘nothing to say,'” said Chris Nuelle, spokesperson for the Missouri Republican Party.

“Missourians need to know where Claire McCaskill stands on crucial issues like Supreme Court nominees, but Claire seemingly needs time to triangulate her position with her far left friends. For a senator that brags about her willingness to speak to Missourians, Claire sure is having a tough time answering to the people she was elected to represent.”
