Rather Than Protect Communities, Cori Bush Prefers Using Tax Dollars for Her Own Radical Agenda

Jefferson City, Mo. — Missouri U.S. Congresswoman, and leader of the Missouri Democrats, Cori Bush, is not opposed to funding plenty of social services with Americans’ tax dollars, as long as police departments are not included among those services.

As part of her radical agenda, Cori Bush has expressed she wants tax dollars to go towards funding reparations, housing, “college for all,” monthly “survival checks” and social safety nets, abortion procedures and socialized medicine, the green agenda, Critical Race Theory education in public schools, and more. She has explicitly called for the defunding of the police, pentagon, and national defense.

“Cori Bush is a hypocrite. She only promotes radical ideas to advance her brand, and enrich herself,” said Charlie Dalton, Executive Director of the Missouri Republican Party. “She wants us all dependent as much as possible on the government. She puts hundreds of thousands of dollars towards her own safety, yet demands the defunding of our local and national defense. She is the epitome of radical.”
