NEOSHO, Mo — The Annual Free Bean Feed, hosted by the Newton County Republican Central Committee, will be held Friday, November 1st at the Neosho High School Cafeteria (511 S Neosho Blvd, Neosho, MO 64850). Doors open at 5:30PM and the buffet line will start at 6:00PM. The featured speakers are the Republican nominee for Governor Lt. Gov. Mike Kehoe & U.S. Congressman Eric Burlison & Sen. Denny Hoskins for Secretary of State.. MO St Rep Ben Baker will be giving a presentation on MO Constitutional question 7 on the November ballot. More speakers will be added.
As part of the program, we will be reviewing Constitutional Amendments 2, 3, 5, 6, and 7, and Proposition A on the ballot and the Judicial Ballot.
We will also be recruiting volunteers to work our 72-hour plan, including Election Day Efforts!
The menu will include Ham and Beans, Cornbread, Dessert, and Iced Tea catered by the Neosho High School FFA Organization. Coffee will be provided by State Rep. Ben Baker.
The Republican Women of Newton County (RWNC) will be hosting a silent auction at the Bean Feed. Items will include President Donald Trump items, framed Lincoln picture by Andy Thomas, and a raffle. If you are interested in donating items for the Silent Auction, please contact RWNC President Cheryle Perkins at 417-389-7788. You can also help by bringing your checkbook and bidding.
