#TaxReform Passes (Despite Claire McCaskill)

The Missouri Republican Party released this statement after the passage of President Trump’s historic tax cuts:

“Thanks to President Trump and our conservative Missouri congressional delegation, money will stay in taxpayers’ pockets and give businesses the opportunity to expand and hire more hard working Missourians,” said Sam Cooper, Executive Director of the Missouri Republican Party. “Liberal Claire McCaskill not only voted against giving Missourians a tax cut, she’s apparently decided her path to re-election is to march in lockstep with Bernie Sanders and Elizabeth Warren. Senator McCaskill does not represent Missourians’ interests or values in Washington, and we look forward to replacing her in 2018 with someone that does.“
