Howell County Lincoln Day
May 18 @ 5:30 pm – 8:30 pm
West Plains Civic Center Exhibit Hall
JEFFERSON CITY — Today, Austin Stukins, Executive Director of the Missouri Republican Party, released this statement regarding the misleading nature of Claire McCaskill’s Town Hall rhetoric:
“Claire McCaskill is traveling the state trying to pull the wool over Missourians’ eyes and posing as a moderate – but her record in Washington tells a different story,” said Austin Stukins, Executive Director of the Missouri Republican Party. “Claire McCaskill has joined her fellow Washington liberals in obstructing President Trump at every turn, including voting to filibuster Justice Neil Gorsuch, vowing to continue taxpayer funding of Planned Parenthood, and voting with radical Massachusetts Senator Elizabeth Warren nearly 100% of the time. Claire McCaskill’s liberal values don’t line up with the values of the Missourians who gave President Trump an incredible 18 point win over McCaskill’s friend Hillary Clinton – and that’s something she can’t hide, no matter how many Town Hall dog and pony shows she drums up.”
